The header is actually somewhat incongruous words, but I noticed nothing in short form. Problem: we have a video of PAL convert to NTSC. The video is in 4:2:2 in PAL, it was created. One could now say ok, take BETA - SP Master, can do NTSC standards conversion verscheicken. Would be nice. Just like all our customers as a data DVD would like to ... And this is now the problem. How do I get back here as the whole data? Our recorder is only 625 lines. No NTSC.
But since the whole anyway as the data available, I would indeed synonymous, it can easily convert. But which program is suitable and there s.besten which codec?

AVI yes (file, output to file ...), but only PAL, not NTSC.
Versatile is Canopus ProCoder, you can be all that, however, the costs accordingly.
