Hello,
We have a big problem. We would like to transfer videos of the above mentioned camera via firewire cable to burn them afterwards. The cable is nigel nagel new. However, the PC (Windows 2000), the camera or the cable or what ever synonymous does not recognize. It appears even once connected the NICT is something new, let alone require the driver installations.
Who can help us? Is real and very urgent.
