I once with Windows Movie Maker a couple of films converted for my PDA (200x100, 15 kbps or so). However, after about half an hour, Sound and Picture not quite synchronously.
If the s.PDA or s.Programm?
The PDA is of FSC with MS Windows 2003 (not SE) and has 400 MHz.

Ahead, have some free Tcpmp players and then look at whether the video is still unsynchronized. The MS Media Player on your PocketPC is not really good.
Since then I have this player on my Dell Pocket PC, makes it fun traveling on a train again;)

I think that should solve your problem ... Take necessary, no MS video format, but as Divx, it is guaranteed to work without problems.
