as file I've taken the Photoshop preset HDV but after the save of 16:9 will somehow squeezed.

Hello,
if you've used the preset for HDV 1440x1080 the picture is actually (squeezed anamorphic saved) (PAR 1,333).
Have you added it already once in a AE-HDV Project?
Then stimmts again.

PS And one can never JEPG nen alpha channel - have, as it were ruled out as "watermark".
