Since yesterday a new firmware for the series PMW 350/EX1 (, R) is / 3 are available. In the meantime, I made a small series of tests to determine what specific impact the update brings with itself:

- In these adapters to function any (no-name) Class 6 SDHC cards. 720p24 mode is cranking up to 60fps with no problems.
- In the popular and expensive MxM adapters continue to function, the popular SanDisk and Transcend cards. No-name cards work properly, however, either to 52FPS or not (not recognized). Conclusion: China-adapter are better even though they also use the GL827 chip. The cause and time differences, I shall investigate further.
- External hard disks can still be freely used. Also cranking up to 60fps now works properly. The 80GB limit is annoying, unfortunately, continue to receive.

For the EX1, the software was, unfortunately, not yet published. There it will shortly launch a version 1.20. For all other models (PMW 350/EX1R/3) there is the version 1.10.
