Hi,
in a 1080p25 project I need to incorporate still images.
Screenshots from Powell Point, created in 1440 x 1080 pixels, saved as a JPG.
A series of pictures I have installed without problems, left and right continue to see the video.
And suddenly, without that I would have changed anything, pulls PPro the images to full 1920 width.
Whence comes it? Obernervig is!
Workaround widening: In PS the work surface to 1920 px and saved as PNG.
Does anyone have an idea for this "arbitrary behavior" of PPro?

Premiere Actually, you say that it should adjust images.
I would go but eh on number and make sure all the images first pixel in the right proportions to create via PS.
Say PS> New> movie template> 1920x1080> Transparent .... then place the images can be centered as PSD file and import it directly to Premiere.
Thus you have the correct pixel ratio and direct Premiere synonymous available directly to the respective full size and can thus stretch synonymous nothing more.
In many pictures is recommended in the batch of PS.
