I am planning to purchase a new camera. These two models are called into question for me because I believe in price / performance is pretty good.

But seriously, the drive sounds are unpleasant I have never noticed. Could only hear the dead silence, but then do I stop in the editing program.

Does the AV output from the 320 during the recording? Maybe you can so with the help of an adapter cable and at least one Headphones connect.
