In order to confirm the suspicion that you could try it if the "new and used" camcorder is recognized of other PCs. Service technicians are always on a detailed error description. ;-)
Or will you let the defect and then capture the images with the Canon?

I tested it already on different PCs. Am unfortunately dependent on the IR. Is there possibly a reset or new firmware?

Had a customer again today synonymous with a defective Panasonic GS 75 FW interface.
