I have the Panasonic HDC-SD300. The recording is so great but this stupid format avchd. I use Vegas 6 and this format can not vegas 6th The camera does have a firewire-anschkluss but it is not possible to start the video output via firewire to?? or is this yet? if so how?
It bothers me that it takes a long time until I, the dates of the sd card was imported to the computer and it takes even longer umrendern the files so that I can edit it with vegas.
Who knows a solution guet? s.liebsten I would just instant the materiel in the computer and play then release. as it was then synonymous

So, a Firewire port, the SD 300 does not. You certainly do HDMI or USB.
AVCHD can be edited natively very difficult. That's been discussed here in the forum very often. You could help a editing program, which converts into an intermediate codec, such as Canopus Edius Neo or Edius 5.2. Allows editing of AVCHD is super good. The AVCHD format is now very widespread and is synonymous use of other manufacturers. Synonymous with other camcorders, you would have these problems. The price range below 1000, - Euro, there are among the high-definition camcorders, I believe, only the Canon HV 40, which is working in HDV format. This format can then be safely synonymous editing in your editing program relatively quickly.

is similar to the processing of such vegas 6? yeah, just so you can then AVCHD directly without prior conversion to cut so quickly and easily, as with almost any other software.
