Hi All,
I would like to buy myself a new camcorder, since we are soon increase. Does therefore, presumably synonymous many good shots in the house at a little less light.
I still have a JVC MiniDV, about 9 years old at that time (3.800DM), the synonymous still works fine, but somehow this is me Bandgewurschtel on his nerves.
I have now somehow festgeschossen on the above Panas, but stop'm not quite sure which of the two it should be.
The JVC I have not used in the 9 years up to 3 vacations in fact, so much so ambitious about this as I am. But with a child will likely change.
If it is assumed that the 707er lengths to actually make better photos? Or should be the 66er synonymous been a quantum leap for the JVC and I conjure up a smile to my face?

The HDC-SD66 indeed makes HD recording, is therefore of synonymous already a big leap of your old MiniDV seen.
At least if there is enough light.
Moreover, the image stabilization is probably better than your old one.
To such features as a viewfinder, however, you need to dispense with the new miniature devices.
And you should be aware that the process to play, and a fortiori, of AVCHD files very high demands s.den computer (and s.The software) does.
Play (directly from the Cam s.den TV is easy, of course).

So if I understand you correctly then are the big differences btwn two Panas more comfort and additional function that someone wieich probably not eh uses / needs. Rather similar picture quality?
And like another Newbie question. This AVCHD files, the Panasonic HD-specific or have all the films in this format?
From the computational power produced, I should be well positioned to have an iMac 24 with 2:44 intel core duo. Hopefully that's enough!?
