Frage von Thomas K:Hi,
after I have just registered the same time I want to ask a question. Currently I own a Panasonic NV-DS15 of camcorder. Now I am busy thinking if I look around me for a used Panasonic who also filmed on mini-DV, but quality is. He should have Image Stabilization synonymous an optical viewfinder and a. Is there somewhere, possibly an overall summary of Panasonic camcorders of the past 10 years, or can you recommend any. What do you think for example of NV-GS250, NV-GS280, NV-GS320, NV-GS330, NV-GS400, NV-GS500, NV-GS80 NV-300 or GS?
Thank you very much

Thomas

Hi Thomas!
From my own experience I can recommend you all these cameras only! I have the GS17, 330 and 80 and with all three'm very satisfied. They can be synonymous mix well with each other, synonymous when a three-chip camera is less (330). The luxury of these models, however, represents the GS500, it offers really everything to rational forms of picture and sound is required: for example, the microphone input, manual headroom stereo sound, a standard hot shoe, 3 CCDs, or synonymous anamorphic 16:9 and a video light . In addition, the Optics as in virtually all models of this series is very bright and large. In the unlit interior spaces with daylight image noise minimal (only the right and left of the picture are for the dubbing (AVI) to watch a small Calculator artifacts). This can be synonymous to the GS80 and probably synonymous 60 cover. However, I suspect that there will still be very difficult to get close-s.NV GSsen. Maybe used on ebay, or the most recent model of the series, the GS90. This has indeed synonymous one (excellent for their size!) Mounted LED video light, but had to lose intensity and lens. All have an optical image stabilization and an electronic viewfinder.
I hope I could help you!
Best regards,
Tim
PS: Is not the greatest feeling, but ... ;-) pssst

Hi Thomas,
I make documentaries for 23 years and Reports for citizens' initiatives and have recently completed my NV-GS500 by a second. This is really a very good DV camera (see Tim's response). Those interested in my films will be interested in. vsfür well-designed content and the films on normal DVDs. As the theme plays Blu-Ray and HD does not matter.
I made a test: The image quality of the product of NV-GS500-daylight shots DVDs is even better image quality than the one from the same time made HDR-XR500 recordings and with Sony's PMB program produced DVD. If it is still synonymous better ways of conversion, Sony's PMB converts relatively well in the DVD creation of AVCHD footage.
I would look for a used body s.Deiner NV-GS500 and occupy myself especially with design issues of filmmaking. Here in the Forum unilaterally the technique is in the foreground, as if one could only make good movies with the latest technology.
NV-GS500 will be used - if in good condition - unfortunately, not just traded cheap, but when you're around 450, - ¬ muster, can you find even one with little patience.
Ask the owner, which he has used brand cartridges. The changing use of various Sonyand Panasonic tapes will experience problems because the various abrasions stick together.
It is best if you can make you an impression of how the owner deals with the Camera.
The careful handling with the cassette mechanism (locking and threading mechanism), meticulous avoidance of dust in it and caution when moving into the warmth of a cold environment (leading to condensation) of many is underestimated. I have always respected on these matters and have in the 23 years, maybe 2-3 times a cleaning cartridge used and otherwise never had any problems.
I hope that the contributions of Tim and I have helped you a little bit.
Kind regards
Arthur
