Hello dear community,
I'm with my nerves s.Ende.
I tried the problem through normal search on Goggle to solve.
By the Manufacturer HP Information and search in the forum,
unfortunately I do not come next.
I have the following problem:
My camera (Panasonic NV - GS60) has the following Anschl.
== Firewire, USB, Male Y ==
= For Usb Webcam
Y - Male = To view video s.TV
Firewire = transmission for recording program
The error? Exactly! I can not transfer the video or s.Pc record.
The cam works with DVKasette (probably so called),
therefore I can not just a chip capture the Pc but it must be transferred via firewire.
However! It does not work!
I've already tried s.verschiedenen PCs.
I already have Firewire PCI cards erstetzt / exchanged.
New Firewire cable before.
Oh yes: FIREWIRE DV = - Cable
Drivers and software? Exactly! I have none.
It was not attached to the Manufacturer and HP are not synonymous for it.
Only Windows Vista Drivers and probably more of a accomplishment notwenide Manufacturer sides.
I work normally with Pinnacle Studio 10 Pros
When one comes to recording is always the message:
Be it the camera is connected to play, etc.
Furthermore, I tried synonymous SCLive.
I can not even start with the capture,
because it is as it seems any feedback of the camera and wants no input signal gets ... what ever.
PC data:
Windows XP Prof.
2 GHz
2 GB RAM
Radeon graphics card
Now is the question.
Do you have any proposal, tip for me
or perhaps even a bug in my approach recognized?
YES, I NEVER work with the program .. It is rather for the family,
but I'm slow so far, which I use the camera against the wall flap.

That is really annoying. I can give you on the program, unfortunately, say nothing. I can give you but a few other tips that will help vll.
A freeware tool for capturing DV. Just give it a try.

Hello, 10 Pros, you can edit the settings for the player (camera)
under Setup> Recording the input source select.
Perhaps it is the wrong set.

This unfortunately does not synonymous.
I will now try with 10 pros as it was described to me.
If this does not synonymous das wars ..
I see it more as a pointless again somewhere a special firewire cable or firewire pci-card to buy ...
HOWEVER, an idea I have.
Is there possibly something to DVKassette have a separate device to transfer?
Mean, I understand from the DVKassette camera and transfer it with another device?
This device is nothing but the signal is transmitted s.besten course Firwire!

Such DV player there, and probably would be a separate device synonymous the only way to transfer your video: If it s.mehreren PCs, with several cables and several programs does not work, then it is very likely that the Firewire jack your Camera is over. If so, you can of course dranhängen what you want, it does not work.
BUT: Special DV players are relatively expensive and not worth it for occasional use. It makes sense, there is probably an x-arbitrary MiniDV camcorder (possibly with broken Optics ebay worried about) the same purpose. Look here in the forum under the slogan "Capture bitch" ;-)
