Frage von Udo:I mentioned above, video camera and program and finally want to archive my movies. The program, however, does not recognize my camera. It always takes place again that I ought to connect the camera display on or off. About the Device Control menu item I've tried it already. Also does not work.

Hi Mark,
Help was on your contributions, the link with the patch does not work, then have a roundabout way to the Mircosoft Page and I have a patch downloaded. It still does not work. How can the SP2 of runterschmeißen my calculator.

Antwort von Markus:
Start> Control Panel> Software> "Windows XP Service Pack 2"> Select click Remove.
The last two steps are advised because I only have SP1 on my XP computers. Since then, logically, is synonymous only "Windows XP Service Pack 1" in the list. ;-)

Moin!
However, if you have a new XP with SP2 using, it is not in the software list. Since then helps only the purchase / replacement of an older install CD. With a simple "install this one again" it is not done, incidentally. Also, the manual exchange of some drivers did not help.
Therefore, I have a new partition with a separate XP SP1 established. Thus, the material is then brought to the PC. Editing and burning, I then take care with the XP SP2. This path is not as elegant, but I did not want to lose all my settings and installations.
