urgent need tips on how I my calculator to run videos can bring. I have the Windows Vista operating system of a firewire card IEEE1394 VIVANCO and a camcorder NV-DS27EG. Now I have everything connected with DV cable. But I always get the message device not found or recognized. The dealer had me until now synonymous not help. According to Panasonic, but would now work, but without success.

Without your system and the problems in detail to know, but it is quite possible that Vista is still not quite "ready" is.
Can you possibly elsewhere because test times in order to isolate the error next?

yes VISTA seems limited with Pana to work together.
