Where to get spare parts for which it should be, how much they cost ... I might even try a screwdriver?

you, the seller has a perfect function assurances? Is there an underwriting? Then I would claim the device.
If there is no underwriting, could we assume that the seller had intentionally a device with a defect "sold as is." In this case, you are well advised, if you are capturing contact with the seller and return it to invitest, since you otherwise abgibst a negative rating.
