As with tapes and cassettes, I am not so familiar, I wanted to ask whether the Panasonic NV-GS has 150 something.
I do not buy more tapes ie.
Is it just the camcorder via USB or similar With the PC, and rüberziehen the files?
Or do you start with the camcorder with cassettes / tapes.
If yes - What if there were alternatives?

The camcorder works with mini-DV tapes. You had the tapes also capture. This has advantages but synonymous.
Alternatives would be to record on the camcorder hard drive or memory cards.

If one shoots a lot, then those are s.Tag 1 or more tapes. Then that is already expensive.
