Frage von annegret24:Hello,
've just received my Panasonic NV-GV500 delivered and tested. How can someone from - Flash photography is just too bright, you can not use it. Can something, or is this a possible mistake - the reason for return?
I also just (unfortunately after the appointment) to read that the name NV-GS500 EG-S stands for German goods. When my camera is missing this appendix. What does this mean? I bought them in redcoon on the Internet. When I use other providers for me as frivolous was classified (by telephone) I had the impression s.der right place to be. Information by phone to my question about goods for the German market: this is the camera like it here in each specialty market can buy. As stupid chicken, I was only happy times. Now doubt the chicken because it is here in the forum has found a contribution. Has anyone of you experience with this online shop and what it means missing EG-S for me (warranty?, Inferior product?)
Thanks for your help!

Hello,
with Redcoon I have only the best personal experience: Very quickly, respond to inquiries, accommodating.
Times I would suspect that the CE-S is not necessarily synonymous appears on the equipment. Especially since it names devices without such a shortcut to my knowledge does not exist, should read: If it is because some non-German version would have taken 'EC-S "what else is there.
So times do not worry :-)

No reason for a return, but a very good reason, but take a look in the manual to throw. It is synonymous to set the flash unit in detail. Redcoon By the way, I have only the best experience.

Not quite - the only English words zb NV GS 500th
A German Instructions will already be there?
I did the last few days here repeatedly GS 500 gesehn questions that Something always wanted what was A: Definitely in the instructions, or B: With not too big effort in the GS 500 clear durchstrukterierten menu to find - there are only 4 major menus Language can not ever be, so only 3 go through the menus, when you base quickly in the next 2 meals then someday the flash strength - in fact reasonable. Please read your instructions or is trying the menu. I know it is easier to post here soon and with use 1% get the right answer.
The only problem is if someone really has a problem, the user (as I like because I work 8-10 h) is not often time to answer them, because one wants to see through umpteen threads, but lacks the time.
The warranty may be with the most users do not judge, because only when a guarantee event occurs, you will get with how the company behaves. Since eh Panasonic Global Warranty, is ever the case no problem, Canon & Sony have warranty cards zb Europe, other continents have possibly synonymous warranty cards on a limited area.

... oh dear. Right have you. It is quite clear in the instructions: Menu - extended - Flash Level. Will try it today and in future instruction manual carefully.
About your positive experience with redcoon reassure me - then I am probably the right decision. Yes, a German manual is synonymous - there is already everything has its order.
Thank you for your answers!

because I must now ask. Recently, I have here the

read. As has been said that when a warranty repair, the wages still have to pay (not just the replacement parts), if the equipment was purchased abroad.
Do you know more?
Thanks and regards,

@ annegret24: A user here was once asked, and he Redcoon has confirmed that it is in Germany at this company product.
There are, however, synonymous company where you could fall inside.
Yes Mark may well be, but I am not so often in our service or have time to read service reports. I do not know.

I have these synonymous NV-GS500 EC-S, the EC means that this camera a menu in German language has, the S stands for the color silver. If you take the Battery abnimmst, then it would have on the plaque located at the bottom front of the manufacturer's number EC angebeben. If your camera that the EC does not have character, then have a non for the European market was built, but for the Asian. This will only have an English menu.
