Frage von NikonUser:According to the latest news indeed a plugin for Final Cut will be made available.
Does anyone know if Panasonic those tools are free?
Antwort von Jott:
According to the press release for free. Anything else would be so easy next to it - even if they do raise in AVCCAM Profigefilde, they must take care of synonymous to the leading NLEs.

actually true. that is, those who have a SD600 or SD707 could then work synonymous with Apple software.

We do not know whether FCP8 is available by then and if it is not in the face of accelerated processes will AVCHD natively.
The thing is, be that as the H.264 movies of Canon DSLRs "supported" in that there are Quicktime movies. But not in that they would be processed smoothly (see thread "Edius vs. Final Cut"). The with AVCHD is probably worse. So would the free plugin tomorrow, could you not use it.
707 users there is not apart from a few Mac users. The extra effort of walking when you import the one hand, greatly exaggerated, and on the other hand, there are a number of advantages synonymous (lower system requirements, good quality).
If the plug-in agreement with Apple have been developed and thus indicates that the speed is sufficient then, the format is still supported but not officially?
