Frage von michi1234:Hello,
'm sort of beginner and camcorders hab mich mal n bisschen clever and there are made with these two models have fallen into the eye ...
I just can not decide, as I am of the VDR-D220 synonymous still no sample videos've seen (if anyone has, please upload)
what I'm actually looking for:
something in this price range (max 300 ¬)
OIS -
-16:9 (What is the difference between real and not real 16:9?)
-high optical zoom (not sooo important)
-good ergonomics runway because I aufm snowboard down a lot of shooting will be (so useful synonymous OIS)
joah, the wär so what stopped me, the test pictures on VAD I've already viewed, and at least as far as the sharpness of the transitions between the D220 is concerned seems to be slightly ahead, but as I said, I would still like to have a test video sehn before I finally decide ...

Hello,
You should get your first time on the recording media are clear, which is GS80 Mini-DV, the VDR-D220 DVD to take on (in my opinion the worst of all available alternatives).

and landed in the end anyway on my hard drive ...

what is otherwise the worse? (because of DVD to hard drive copy is yes eigtl faster than with MiniDV) Above all, the thing is quite cumbersome to use: Such a mini-DVD pack is just about 20 minutes in good quality (at up to 80 minutes on mini-DV). Long Recording s.Stück is impossible, otherwise, you have quite a fumbling with the media. Moreover, if necessary finalisisiert be again what lasts. And cutting or re-editing of DVD-based recording is (still) clearly problemanfälliger than that of mini-DV material.
They should be here in the forum discussions but enough to find, was good enough topic.

Antwort von Bernd E.:
In addition, where applicable, must be finalisisiert ... And can the VDR-D220 to my knowledge only with the AC power supply. If you are neither the time nor an outlet nearby: unlucky. Seems that the cheapest camcorder disc, which is good for something, still the SonyPDW-510 is ;-)

The extent problemanfälliger? First, Mini-DV times the standard in digital video editing. DVD camcorder came later and are generally for "lazy" which do not want to edit, but only "DVD from your camcorder in and out of pure player". The most common editing programs are therefore only once for DV material provided; of DVD material is not always and everywhere, which is handling - if possible - by far not as standardized as for DV and also by the strong and cross-frame compression of MPEG - / VOB fundamentally problematic material.
See eg, here times than the initial reading:

But only as a choice, you will on this subject will find much here.

ok, thanks for the reply, but how is it now with exactly the eigtl finalize, you can not simply take multiple DVDs and then at home when you finalize a power at its disposal?

So I guess I will now me then but the NV-GS80 buy, but one thing I understand is still not
why are the videos in 16:9 mode blurred than in the 4:3 mode, because the camcorder so more effective pixels for 16:9 has (according to technical data) eigtl yes this should be better?
(if jem. what it says I am here on the test video with the frog and the little water fountain,
knows exactly s.nimmer so ago where I hab ^ ^)

... because the camcorder so more effective pixels for 16:9 has ... Stored on tape
are only 720 × 576 pixels, no preference whether 4:3 or 16:9. How can that be, you will find here:
4:3 (or 16:9) or 5:4 ... and there in the linked post.

Antwort von Markus:
The TFT monitor is an inappropriate device to the image quality of video recordings to assess. Take prefer a television (preferably a tubular device).
