I was once a page known where I can upload an image that is built into a video. All blue screen / green wall. Is this it synonymous for normal mortals?
Can I use this normal in a video?
Or does anyone know the website?
I think it was a Swedish project but found that I could not.

You can do that with any program that offers or masks in a single color background, with the keying function. If your program has it.
The website I do not know.

How do I know this is not quite accurate - I tip on Flash and database.
