Hello
CS5 have installed on my pc, and then immediately after that started a few times changed preferences, such as the volume.
ps when I had to restart and I got an error message
Photoshop can not be started because the settings file is invalid (they were deleted)
've tried to run at then ctrl + shift + alt key to the default settings to change in the volume-selection, but it helps nothing synonymous.
I've uninstalled ps times, cleaned registry and reinstalled again. unfortunately the problem still there
've already googled, but there are simply no problem-solving

But calls to the support of Adobe, in most cases, the a solution. I am assuming that you have a legal licensed version.

have you ever tried to launch PS with a different user account?
