I read that one for a TV card needs.
Is that so?
What do you have? (Kabel..)
How is the quality, Sogut exactly as shown on the tape or much worse?

Try the search of the forum, and you will all necessary information about this topic. I myself have a Hauppauge PVR150 with very good experiences. In other TV cards, without hardware encoder, I have not a good experience. And before the question on graphics cards with video - In comes, forget it.

Plug your VCR directly s.den RS-500 port of your PC. Car starts then everything in Windows.
