what's on your wishlist? If I may respond directly to your title: min. 24 frames per second to make;)
XLR would be, at least better AV jack directly SDI / HD SDI, IEEE1394, then the whole IN and OUT, display, viewfinder, manual aperture, focus ring, zoom ring, zoom button, Audioaussteuerung, headphone output, shutter, 50i, 25p, 16:9, MiniDV & CF card, presets.

Ok update 1
White balance within certain limits, extreme please with filters
Framerate (24, 25, 30, 50, 60p)
Gain / ISO
Shutter speed
Audio Gain and peak meters
possibly XLR, at least AV jack, headphone output
(ProAudio really necessary? "I would make external,
built-in mic to sync only to "correct" audio)
Lenses (including Focus, Aperture, zoom, if necessary, of course)
Various threaded sockets for anything dranschrauben (tripod / monitor)
HDMI, etc. Out on the View / Control to Field Monitor / viewfinder
Taste-test pattern to calibrate the monitor?
Format:
as 4:2:2 or even 4:4:4, 10bit intraframe.
would be better to jump SDI / HD SDI, IEEE1394, Mini DV & CF Card
(And if you had to choose?)
Then the whole IN and OUT, (IN what?)
Screen, viewfinder (actually onboard? Not just external?)
presets (pre-fabricated or storable own settings?
