I have some time before a DVD recorder (certainly not the best) were purchased and I would be interested to know whether I use the data from the internal hard drive on a different way than they always burn on DVD to have on my computer are transferable ?
I have a DV forward link connection and would like to know whether there is perhaps a kind of USB cable, to document the data on the HDD of the DVD player on your PC.

I suspect very much that the connection only a DV (Firewire) input, so no data can output. Whether this is so, you should find in the manual.
