Hi folks,
we turn soon with the Canon EOS 7d and the cameraman says to give it a problem if we can have final format is 4:2:2.
The Canon EOS 7 d stands well to the format 4:2:0 and you have to convert the material ... Is that true? Does anyone have experience with it and how it affects s.den colors?
He thought of something ... this is NEAT Denoiser NEN Avid plug or do I then work with Final Cut?

You can convert 4:2:0 to 4:2:2 with no problems - but has not yet more color information than before - so it is not a true 4:2:2 synonymous.
And with Neat (perhaps he means Neat video) because at most one can remove noise - but no effect color space conversion.
