Hi,
have been the Catalyst version 10.5 in the Timeline. Images are not displayed smoothly in the program monitor. The images have a Strobo and are always visible on exactly half of the next frame.
Curiously s.v10.4 again everything chic.
System is apparently synonymous stable. Power is abundant.
to offend someone with about the same phenomenon? Perhaps an explanation.

Currently, up to date is 10.7. Try them out.
If it does not improve, then stay at 4.10
