With a preload movie you can with Adobe, Ulead, Magix ... making the place over the effects and put the movies before your actual movie.

Hello Jonas,
on top you're going to New-> title (name may vary depending on the version of Premiere)
There you have your field where you can enter the title. (Note, the menu bar in Premiere adapts to auto, that is, when you click on Save, you will save only (!) The title, not your project!
Then you have in Premiere 6.5 (I'm going times of the 6.5 version of) the function of movement and transparency. Click once on movement.
There you can enter the Schriftgrößre, the position and the rotation. This goes with all the video clips, with all the texts and with all the pictures, etc.
In the Pro version is similar to sl, then you have the same function, they found only a little different. (Do not even think that you have the version as Beginners know ...) But if it does, click in the left pane of the video clip on top of effects settings, then you'll find everything in motion. In Premiere Pro you have the additional option of synonymous, non-uniformly scale the font and move the anchor point!

Hello, then you probably are not synonymous transitions. You ever have to try to see with Enter key or space bar with the video. In one of the buttons you see the finished Ramvorschau, the other only the version without effects, etc. because that must be rendered.
The same applies to video sequences in which you correcting the color or something. (Which must be rendered so everywhere!)
