THEME HAS DONE!
After removal from the supplied Quicktime premiere starts again as normal. In the Dr Watson log you could clearly see the crash of QuickTime.qts.
I'm concerned, the thread is gone, if not other people can find this information useful.

I had a Pentium 4 with a calculator and Dazzle DVnowAV WindowsXP SP3. Sliced I have with Adobe Premiere 6.0. Everything has worked fine.
Since the calculator has departed this life, I have now a new calculator with:
3GB Ram, 320GB SATA HD,
AMD Athon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000 + 2.8 GHz.
WinXP SP3.
NVidia onboard GForce8200.
The installation of the DVnowAV worked perfectly and it works perfectly.
After installation of Adobe Premiere 6.0, but the problems began:
After starting the software, I see very briefly on the splash screen with the info
"Windows 2000, 2 processors, MMX detected, v6.0, bottom right is" initialization ". Thereafter, the program is gone.
There is no log file is written, and in the event log is synonymous's nothing there.
A search on the net for hours but did not put me next synonymous.
Lt. CPU-Z supports SSE SSE2 SSE3 Processor synonymous.
Has anyone here advice?

When it is running in compatibility mode does not look bad out and will remain an uncertain matter.
