In the export settings, the Hakerl should be omitted, unless you actually want to deinterlace, and in the output only full frames. But then it can happen that the individual still images are shown of unequal length, but is synonymous quite a good effect.
Otherwise omit.
(Then in the issue, although often synonymous right Halbilder caused by the frame rate adjustment will not notice but s.Television.)
