Hi
I am new beginner in the world of HD and CS4. I have worked until now with CS3 and miniDV. I have now a SonyHandycam (HDR-CX305E) and am absolutely overwhelmed with these new files and Resolutions. If everything else again need time to learn whom the format is taken.
Can you help me maybe a little to get started?
The two most important questions are:
- What a Project / sequence should I create? HDV 1080p25?
- Which format is eigenet s.besten for Youtube? Until now it has always upset me the picture together, that it was not 16:9.

You take s.besten not HDV (which is more suitable for miniDV) but AVCHD -> 1080/25p.
Youtube swallow almost anything. You can do it in 1080p HD format to export to Youtube. Best. Flv. H.264 is synonymous very well. But suppose for Youtube rather not. Mov or. Avi

HDTV 1080p 25 high quality, 1440x1080 would be because of HDV miniDV cassettes, and the frame rate of your camcorder is indeed 25fps, not 24 (bzw.23, 976)
