The 2 Programs Which is better always be decided by the user. Charge you download the demo version and work with it, then you can decide for yourself which is better.

I have already installed Adobe Premiere Elements 4 on my relatively new and very powerful machine, but it responds unbearably slowly, without me the problem would come up with the tricks.
On my laptop, it runs much faster (despite the lower memory, 1 Gb to 4) in the PC.
Has anyone any idea what might that be?

Maybe this will help you with your decision :-)
What was decisive for me at that time was the community on www.magix.info and their video tutorials with which I received a quick introduction to Video Deluxe.
