Frage von HenrikHX:Hello
I've tried the search function, but no answer for my problem. Maybe you can help me:
I have 1.2.3 with WinDV my DV footage from the Canon XL1S DV as Type-1 captured. The files are each 3GB in size. In Media Player Classic, they are easily full length of 15min each playable.
Do I import it in Premiere Pro will give me a clip only 41sek displayed. After the end of the play breaks 41sek from synonymous.
Are my Takes just too big? Which errors can I have?
Thank you!
Henrik

Hello,
Premiere with type 1 can not do - it wants 2nd Type
Give it stop, what it wants to ;-)
Why do not you capturst directly with Premiere?

Hi
thanks for the quick reply!
I read the Type1 compatible than Type2. That's why I chose this. A bug, I see ;-)
The PC was captured with the premiere was not installed. And I've read WinDV was a very good software for it.
The Canon XL1S was borrowed, I again can not capture. Or is the problem synonymous with my camcorder (Panasonic Consumer Part .. nothing special)?
I have read of a way in retrospect from Type1 to Type2 easy - without re-capture. Is it sensible for me or just a "craft" solution?

I read the Type1 compatible than Type2. There was once ... Not all information will be maintained on the Internet. Today, the compatibility in favor of type 2 are located.
Never before has a customer of my DV-AVI Type 1 want.
