Frage von Voltz:I have recently converted to Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 for Mac.
I film with ordinary DV-Cam and now have the problem that first received the raw data asynchronously is reproduced. Ie Picture and sound are asynchronously (Out of Sync).
I am therefore almost s.verzweifeln.
Did anyone of you found synonymous? What could the reason be?
The update 3.0.1 I have installed.
Voltz ... thanks for good advice
Antwort von lawatzo:
What kind of Mac you have then?
What Cam?
Which OS? Panther, Tiger or Leo?
Have an iMac 2,4, 2GB Ram, so far the only problems with crashes in Tryoutversion, otherwise everything sync. and no problems.
Know something only of my old Mac (G4 400MHz) and Final Cut ... Premiere 6.0 which was easily managed, that capture and play back native of DV clips, Final Cut was the absence of computing power is not possible, dropped frames, etc. .. not synchronously an Intel Core should there be no trouble.

Hello Seb,
I have a MacBook Pro, 2.33GHz C2D, 2 GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 (265 MB).
Mac OS X 10.4.10
My camcorder is a Panasonic NV-GS 5 (Mini-DV)
When reading, I have no dropped frames found everything normal.
Even during the reading operation is the sound even synchronously to Picture.
Only when I use the clips on the timeline or in the preview monitor lege, will offset the problem.
Could a setting error in Premiere are available?
Antwort von lawatzo:
If your project settings to DV NTSC set, it could be due, and if so switch to DV Pal .... otherwise, I still times that I have a massive problem with async had when I got a tape in progressive mode of a Canon XM1 and I was the old tape with my NV-DS 150 to Premiere 6.0 recordings (which has no progressive) and in Premiere 32.5 frames were then detected in the clip .... The sound ran much longer than the film. times ... check your settings and watch your footage clips in the Project Settings window s.welche frame as shown
... otherwise synonymous clueless performance dürfet .... it's not his ...

Antwort von Voltz:
Although I'm sure the PAL format to have, but it would certainly be a logical explanation. I will check the times.
Meanwhile, I have the tape on a cutting solution easily read. At a wrong setting in the camcorder it was not.
Antwort von Voltz:
The problem has been resolved:
I had tasächlich in NTSC captured.
Thanks for the hint. Some things you click on a regular basis by simply self-evident.
Antwort von lawatzo:
CS3 tryout had NTSC as the default, it would happens to me almost synonymous.
But now everything is so balanced: D
Antwort von Voltz:
