the project is on an external hard drive, the whole time s.ist. all clips were of a JVC camera, had the TOD format and were converted to MPG's.

S.ehesten I could imagine, what with the MPEG format is not right. If it is absolutely nothing to move into the Project is to help determine a new (with more parameters) conversion.
