Hello!
How do I export a rough s.besten (without Effects, a video track + 2 soundtracks) in Premiere Pro, so it Final Cut Pro can read?
I have files of a SonyPMW-EX3 on an external hard drive, which I will with a Mac would assume (that is actually the source of the same ...)

Well, the Premiere Project format (based on your individual clip on disk referenced), Final Cut Pro can not read, is a competing product ...! This means that you can only export as a movie and the back in Final Cut Pro capture - but it is VERY clumsy if they continue to be cut, because all the virtual slices are then gone ...
It is during the cut not so easy to change the program ...!
