Is there a way to put multiple layers on each other in certain format?
A standard video in 1024x768 Avi will run in the background, plus I have created several smaller, shorter video clips in 160x120 format that I want einbiden each side with.

On the move / the clip (s) in the timeline of the Effect Video Effects> Transform> Scale and Crop. Then in the effect window, set the margins accordingly.
