Frage von JKProduktion:I have today for the first time a larger HD Project edited together in Premiere. When rendering reports now my PC via piezoelectric beeping due to overheating of the processor.
This is according to CoreTemp to 56 ° when it renders.
Is that too much?
What can I do? Have an AMD Phenom 9550, all four cores working at 100%. Can you somehow "Render breaks" make or limit the power that is used?
Antwort von schibbe:
So with overheating, I would try it with NEM bigger fan ..
Antwort von deti:
The AMD Phenom 9550 is rated for 70 ° C. Respect it should not be given at 56 ° C no warning. Check if the temperature limits are set somewhere. If the processor should be really hot, something is wrong with your radiator fan or not. Such a system has a 100% continuous load endure indefinitely.

Is the whole concept of the system to match?
Fan / housing size?
The original cpu fan dr I've just swapped.
Did the 955 processor vebaut with me in a cube.
And no problems.
However synonymous a huge housing and the vga is watercooled ..

G'd evening ...
So 56 ° C should be no problem for your CPU ... I get to the render synonymous ever when warmer in the room.
In normal operation I have so between 40-45 ° C with the X4 II 965BE ...
I think 60 ° is all still relatively fine.
According to:
http://www.computerbase.de/artikel/prozessoren/2009/test_intel_core_i5-750_core_i7-860_core_i7-870/34/#abschnitt_temperatur
you're lying with your 955 synonymous still well under ...
EDIT: hab missed me ... you've got a different processor than the 955th .. still think that should fit it:)
