Frage von Serge:Hello together
I am about to upgrade to HD. As I did for my Mac Pro is a
'll Buy MXO2 Mini, now the question arises, what will replace my CRT TV as a "reference" device.
Is the "Eizo Foris FX2431" right now really the only viable alternative to more expensive production monitors?
Many of the models mentioned in this forum already, as are the "LG L245WP" no longer available.
Synonymous and I can not imagine that the solutions with the very blickwinkelbahängigen Billigpanels should be used for something, or do you?
Thank you for an answer

Surely you yourself can determine how much you can tolerate such an angle dependence at work?
This is in fact not at the EIZO indeed greater than the cheaper competition. But he may have 24p and usanaloge video inputs.

- Carsten I can not judging it, because I have no Comparison. I would have to work a trial basis a few days with the appropriate hardware can.
At my old LCD monitors, it's true that I often with photos and graphics, my head down and her move to a somewhat
to reach a neutral position ... (ugh, ugh, ugh ....!).
I would like to spare myself the moving picture.
Until now, I could rely on my CRT TV.
Whether for the Web or a short film festival, the presentation represented a good average.
Whether I like that in HD hinbekomme - no idea.
The calibration procedure should be with the "mini MXO" of the terms of what I have read everything, lead to an acceptable result ...
EIZO not sure of the color space and the repetition rate which is difficult and the panel but would bring a broader perspective.
@ Carsten have - I understand correctly, he does not?

So if you do not skate in front of the monitor, you'll have no problems with the perspective of the Eizo. Is an all round good part, to its optical qualities of the built-in KVM switch is, for anyone who uses it, a beautiful relativization of the price ;-))
