It is recommended in any case, H.264 with QT 7 Pro, Compressor on medium-quality, best encoding quality (multiple passes) and automatic data rate, sound Integer Big Endian 48 kHz, 16 bit. The file is extremely small, Picture and Sound in Comparison with Web films ever seen any first-class!

Hmm, Mpeg4 To my knowledge, only synonymous s Video Codec ... AVC would be the default audio codec for Mpeg4 ...
With your choice I have made satisfactory experience with QDesign Music. Not top but OK ...
Tip: You should sound before in the output format change: For example: From Stereo 48kHz, possibly making 44.1kHz Mono ...
I personally use Sorenson Squeeze to the good old MP3 at 44.1kHz, Mono, the data rate of 48kb of sufficient quality for example, brings voice.
As far as I know, use the Procoder only that with which it is delivered: Q6, Divx 5, etc. I do not yet noticed, such as new codecs of Q7 can be embedded.
Try the experiment with simple views Q7 Pro to convert the video, instead of midden Procoder!
