I have had for about 2 years, the Dazzle Digital Video Creator 150 and am very happy with it. As software I use Movie Star 5
Now I have bought recently a video in NTSC format and but want to digitize. My VCR has no problem playing the video and synonymous of Television shows the movie without problems. The Movie Star, I have switched of PAL to NTSC, but the reception is s.PC only in black and white and slightly pixelated.
What's the problem?

Your VCR is certainly a PAL device, right? These devices usually spend no pure NTSC signal, but a mixture of standard TV PAL and NTSC. Hence, A / D converter has to be understood only bred thoroughbred NTSC or PAL, problems.
