I have with Pinnacle Studio 12 and my DV Cam SonyDCR-TRV19E dubbed a film. When I chose to play about once synonymous mpeg and Dv.
Problem is that when you play the movie in full screen mode, with no preference whether vlc, media player, divx usw.das Picture blurred is the heist that the move of people, the contours are blurred.
graphics card is the Nvidia GeForce 6700XL

- Blurred contours in full screen mode: your details and descriptions are too vague. It could be that this is normal because your camera has filmed too bad because there are dark shots. the bigger the picture the more bad shots to get visibility :-) or the recordings are quite good and your LCD screen is still of day before yesterday .... "When you move the contours blurred ...." - That reminds me of another piece of advice: Your graphics card is lagging in movement at that size .... but something to burn DVD and look elsewhere s.dann you can exclude it schonmal
