Hello,
I have a problem with my Canopus ADVC-300: If I were him s.den PC? to video footage he works perfectly. Now I have him between my S-VHS recorder and my DVD recorder running (both with S-Video / audio cables s.Ein-and output), but I just get a black and white picture to be seen. Both S-video cable work flawlessly and I've synonymous of the DIP switch on the PC unit converted.
Has anyone an idea what could go wrong?

Check whether the input / output times s.Recorder player and really to S-video or composite.

I use a player to a Panasonic AG-7350 as he, for example, in earlier days, when TV stations and has been used as a recording device a Toshiba DVR 50 (DVD / video combi). I have still found nothing s.einem where the inputs / outputs of the devices could be set. Strangely it works when the two devices directly using an S-Video cable connect ...
