Hello,
I bought a multimedia monitor, model Hyundai W241D (; 24 ", 16:10).
Yesterday, the monitor has arrived.
Image quality seems to be ok
Connection of DVD recorders and DVB-T receiver via Component connection (;) is synonymous with progressive scan, folded and generally delivers good image quality.
BUT: the following problem occurs:
If I play a video signal, be it purchase of a disc, a DVD you created yourself ((; camcorder material), synonymous, or a TV show, from the DVB-T receiver, via DVD recorder), then this 4:3 mode (; or displayed 1:1) in the correct aspect ratio, but of course with right and left beams (; and synonymous with 16:9 material above and below). In 16:9 mode, the picture is pulled until it reaches the edge (; height / beam remain unchanged).
16:10 In the Picture mode, we synonymous somewhat separated (; not quite as strong), but also synonymous slightly enlarged. This may be useful for 4:3-shipments to use the full size of the screen anyway, because it falls above and below are not so much further away at a mere magnified, and the distortion does not look too bad from (; as the 16:9 mode would be the case). So far, so good.
Now it should be synonymous, but a mode of simply increasing the Picture (; so the screen is fully utilized in the side) without changing the aspect ratio of the material.
This would be the standard procedure used in all 16:9 or even wider (; Cinemascope, etc.) material to full screen width, without distorting the picture-proportions.
This was supposed to be in the settings Zoom1 and Zoom2 the case.
But this is not so. Although the picture is somewhat synonymous enlarged (, so) is actually somewhat isolated from the left and right edge, but it is also synonymous apart the Picture, as synonymous in the 16:9 or 16:10 mode.
That means in plain language, I can any 16:9 - Video, DVD, or be it of a TV show, only in the 4:3-mode, with beams s.allen 4 pages unbiased view. In the case of all modes in which I use the whole screen, the picture is distorted significantly (; shown in the Width). In 16:10 mode arises as an aspect ratio of 2:1 in a 16:9 movie.
I hope that perhaps it could be s.irgendwelchen settings, and the error is still correct. (, because nothing stood in the test reports of such a failure of the model)
Has anyone any idea what's the problem?

ok, has erstmal done.
The monitor can not zoom really works!
But you can work around this problem, surrounded by the setup of DVD player / receiver to 16:9 output (; and then 16:9 function s.Monitor).
Only with the VHS-recorder does not, unfortunately, works ...
