I have this problem only with my current Project discovered, had never previously ... I use Premiere Pro 2.0
When I imported my raw material (DV Avi) play, no preference whether the left preview window, if it is still left in the list or in the timeline (already rendered), the chopping sound and mixes especially for a fraction of seconds with it behind or daunter underlying soundtracks. Even if you rewind it and listen again, s.den same points, the same error. Only a restart of the program provides for a few minutes relief. Then it goes ahead of release.
Have tried in the preferences which convert audio, but it has not achieved anything. My calculator is expected for all of the requirements, and usually increases the time so the video before it comes to audio ... What is this problem?

If not all tracks at 48 kHz for example, are available, but 44.1 times and is MP3, then I've had trouble already synonymous, although all traces of Premiere now theoretically would have to be changed.
Remedy: previously with an external program all tracks at 48 kHz sampling rate bring.
