Hello, if I cut clips in Premiere Pro 7.0 everything works fine, but when I speed / duration else set as 100%, I do not hear a sound more in this section is not synonymous with scrubbing. In the project settings I've already switched synonymous, (DV, audio equipment etc)

This is synonymous normal. What do they sound synonymous with slow or accelerated normally?
If you want to keep the film speed to a value other than 100% änderst and the sound synchronously, we recommend to proceed this way:
1. Export as a sound wave *.
2. Delete original sound track
3. Exported wave files into an audio editor (eg audition) with the same percentage, and keeping the pitch process
4. The edited file on the vacant place in the basket Premieretimline.

Yes Thanks worked (albeit with Audacity 1.2.3).
It had surprised me because I remember that I had already made synonymous with premiere alone, but well, is how it works synonymous :-)
