Good description. The video overlay of DirectX is given incorrectly on the video-out. One problem with the graphics card. You can:
1 / further research on whether the drivers of the graphics card has a setting for it.
2 / See whether the manufacturer support the graphics card has a tip. Is there a forum for the GraKa (Forceware 78.01)? Alternatively, in the Hardwarefricklern (Nickles-Forum. ask ..)
3 / The hardware acceleration of graphics card runterfahren or disable. This is a "global" in the system / features ... or "local" in the options of Media Player.
Good luck

Hello!
I once had a similar problem, but with an ATI graphics card.
At that time I was able to solve the problem by simply reinstalling DirectX did. (try it once, synonymous if you already have the latest version, DX9.0c have installed)
