Frage von Michi-VIE:X-Post from the Videoschnittforum.de ... Perhaps someone can help me here would be super thankful:
On the new Schnittpc for my father (C2D 7500 @ 2,93 GHz), I used a NVidia 9500 GT with 2 * DVI, I thought I'm smart and save me (him) the more expensive Matrox.
Now there's cutting in Premiere 6.5, the following problem: The monitor window can only display s.primären show, apparently, the overlay may not display s.sekundären be spent - it comes just a gray area, when you stop then the last frame shown properly .
Previously, a Matrox G450 was in use, but unfortunately can no longer be used (AGP). At Premiere 6.5 would be my father, since the capture card (Pinnacle DV 500) of the later programs no longer supported.
It is great pity, because otherwise everything is running surprisingly smoothly s.neuen Calculator. Now the question arises whether to purchase a Matrox PCIe card will solve the problem, or whether it is s.etwas others (eg, lack of support for PCIe?). Of course I do not want to purchase a new card when it is also not desired.
I've scoured Google, because, unfortunately, almost all information related to Premiere Pro + thereafter. Accordingly, even thank you in advance for all tips!

Well, thanks for the info!
I've seen of it yet Matrox PCI (There is no e) cards, may I try to, instead of a PCIe card ...
It would be a shame as I said if I buy a new PCIe Matrox, and it is then s.der new interface and not s.der Map s.sich ...
Maybe someone else has a tip for me?

Which Windows do you have?

The Matrox M9120 gehts not synonymous.
I've tried Kombatibilitätsmodus synonymous.
The problem probably lies in the fact then the Pinnacle / Miro cards on the Intell BX440 are tailored.
Apart from that with today's computers without them Schhnittkarten better and faster (at least to me It's ok)
