Hi,
I recently had the SonyHDR-HC9E purchased. Well, I wanted the first time a few shots on the PC. Has worked as far as synonymous, but unfortunately it is the imagery, however, not clean and unnecessary play.
I know I've already read that the problems with FireWire transfers can have a variety of reasons (Service Pack 2, faulty cables / connections, etc.). But for me it is so that the transfer of the video basically works, but unfortunately it can not be redundant and without a brief picture jumps play. Already during the import, the picture jumps in the preview window to see. After the end of synonymous importing I get an error message: "When importing frames have been omitted. Check the settings for the import setting in the "Troubleshooting" of the online help. If the problem persists, there may be a problem with the tape prior to import. "
However, both do not succeed.
Could it possibly be because my PC the data is not fast enough to record, as defined by the tape can be played? Have me a FireWire 400 card purchased. Had it perhaps better to use a 800 be? Have a P4, 2.8 GHz, 512 MB RAM.
Or has anyone had similar problems or an idea, what else could ...?

So with the error message you show that, contrary to your assumption of the capture HDV times does not work. Your PC is older, but the actual capturing synonymous so should still work. If such an error anyway, so synonymous may be because the PC while capturing of other processes is disturbed (for example of screen drivers, virus scanners, or if you are capturing with the other programs work).

2-core or 4-core = Dual or Quad Core Processor
Switch times s.PC from the preview.
What did you do for hard disks (IDE connector / SATA or rpm)? Are the defragmented?
Good Picture s.Cam display is not no drop-outs (as synonymous with SD picture errors).
Can you capture the times s.einem other PC to try? Same error screen?

The original film (standard resolution) is 31 seconds. In several trials, dubbing the film leaps through the screen at 21 seconds per zusammengekürzt. Incidentally, the jumps are not always s.denselben sites.

On Processor is probably not synonymous, P4 2.8 Ghz is not abundant for de HDV editing, but basically even halfway possible. Could be about the trial of Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum try, as the HDV capture so runs.

A friend told me that I possibly missing the appropriate codec would. Myself do not know so much of something.
Can someone post a link where I have an appropriate codec can be download ...?
