I got myself a DVD Burners (LG 4167B) and wanted to get my video files - some in avi format (mostly xvid, divx compressed to some synonymous) and partly in mpg format (mainly SVCD or RSVCD) burn to DVD, so that every video should have space on a DVD ...
Question 1:
Some avi files I burned onto a DVD in data format. Since my DVD player synonymous avi files on CD's going on without any problems, I assumed that it synonymous with a data DVD with several avi's should make no problems ... The DVD player displays the avi's on the DVD, but it plays only partially, ie only 2 of play 5 avi's, including 1 avi without errors (although every 5 avi's No problems on the PC of the DVD can be read .... So why is that? Has anyone might have had similar experiences?
Question 2:
On another DVD using DVD-LAB I 1:53 Build 050530 on conversion of audio files (mpg2) of 44.1 kHz to 48 kHz fired five RSVCD files synonymous readily be recognized by the DVD player and play ... 1. Question:
Probably it is because not all AVIsdie you've burned to DVD DivX or XviD files are. Check it again and check whether synonymous can play your DVD-plyaer both DivX, XVid files as synonymous.
2. Question:
Stay better at 44.1 khz, since there are no problems with the sound. With 48 khz many DVD players (and, incidentally, some synonymous Programs) issues.

this should be because the sound on the DVD-video is a sampling rate of 48 kHz is specified or 96th 44.1 kHz is found in the CD-and DVD-Audio.

Looks as if your DVD player can not switchen the codec where he has been at Strat erstmal opted for one. This is very strange.
