Do you already have the updates for Vista Studio 10 made of? that there is only a short time before is "Studio" in Vista does not run correctly. Studio updates from: http://www.pinnaclesys.com/vista/vista_de.asp
But would still work with XP Habs tried myself and I quickly returned back to XP. Will it possibly in a half-one years to try it again but before I let the experiments times.

Did Studio 10 with the 10.8 - Patch updated. Now recognizes this program is my camera, however, is no camera control and the recording is synonymous except battle! Grummel .....

I hope you have an XP license, because that would have you solved the problem immediately. But with Vista you'll probably still have some headaches. Did this morning due to the update of Pinnacle Studio again with update to Vista tested: the same result, I can not control the camera. Conclusion: I let the key applications being run only on XP!
But I've already imported movies in Vista with only the "Windows Movie Maker" and then you have to in the studio but can edit. Vista recognizes your normal camera immediately after infect otherwise may have a driver problem.

Well, with Magix Video deluxe Pros, I have the same problem. Moreover, despite the official box hardware (3.0 Ghz Dual Core, 2GB RAM, ATI X 1600 Pro ,...) very slowly. Even the Vista screensaver (Bubbles) jerky. Because what do I do wrong?

Since my Vista is not yet mature enough I have my license still stowed in the cupboard and will until the end of this year unpack. If you continue with Vista have such problems you should be in a Vista forum to seek for solutions ;-) Otherwise, the video cut to the XP remain, it has been proven.
